11-14 year olds can join Jnr Fit where they can gain independence and do more around the gym. They will be able to take part in parent free fitness classes as well as open floor sessions, family workouts, swim and squash.

Olympic medal winner Becky Adlington welcomes her SwimStars programme to Total Fitness. The programme teaches children to swim with an emphasis on fun, to help your little ones become confident in the pool. For parents with babies we have Water Babies which is a great bonding course that develops co-ordination, strength and vital swimming skills.
