As a member of Total Fitness, you will gain access to three impressive pools. As part of your all-purpose workout enjoy a swim in the 25m laned pool, it is perfect for experienced and mid-level swimmers.
Alternatively join as a family and have a day out with the little ones. Take a dip in the warmer family pool. Sign up for a swimming lesson where kids can learn to swim with Water Babies or BASS. You will see them grow in confidence while in the water.
For members who want more than just swimming, revitalise and relax in the hydropool after your work out.

After you have done a few lengths in the pool you can head over to one of our studios to join in one of over 70 classes. If you’d rather take some time out,then try one of our heat treatments. After you can catch up with friends, then grab a coffee in the café lounge area before you go home
