No. Our super-scale means that you don’t have to book to visit as we are able to comply with safe capacity guidance without it. Some additional services however are bookable to help us manage capacity in those areas – these include swim, group exercise and OneZone. Of course if you enjoy Personal Training then you’ll need to book your appointment with them directly in the same way as you always have

We’re really sorry to hear that you’re not ready yet but we’ll look forward to welcome you back as soon as you’re confident to. Our normal membership freeze options are available if you would prefer.

If you are looking to freeze your membership this can be done online. If you joined after July 2020 you are able to do this in the App. If you joined before July 2020 you can do this on the website under members. Please action freezes before the 21st of the previous month.

Members may request to freeze their Membership from a minimum of one month to a maximum of three consecutive calendar months, once per membership year. Memberships can only be frozen for full calendar months. A fee of £5 per month shall be applied to any freeze granted. Any months frozen will be added to the end of the current membership term.

We hope that all our members are happy with the facilities and service we provide at Total Fitness but equally we understand that circumstances may change.

If you are looking to cancel your membership and have fulfilled your minimum paying contract, you can do this online. If you joined after July 2020 you can do this in the App. If you joined before July 2020 you can do this on our website under members or by emailing [email protected], giving one calendar months’ notice once your initial contract term has been completed.

Calendar month means from the 1st to the last day of that month, for example if notice is received 1st or 15th June your full calendar month will be July and membership would be cancelled on the 31st of July.

Of course, we’d love to have you back. Please reinstate your direct debit on the website by click members or over the phone with us on 0330 995 8425.

If you joined after July 2020 you can make a payment on the App. If you joined before July 2020 you can do this on the website under members. Alternatively, you can call us on 0330 995 8425.

Swimming can be booked 6 days in advance from 8am via the App or on the website under members. You can also book a swim slot in person at your home club.

If your child is eligible you can book your child onto a class or swim session via the App or website under members.
