We know that true fitnessss needs variety to keep workouts fresh and engaging, that’s why our large health clubs offer a range of facilities to stay fit- extensive gym floors, three swimming pools, over 70 classes a week, indoor running tracks, ladies only gyms and family facilities. Gym Floor

Get more out of your workout by gaining full access to the gym floor. From a wide range of Cardio Equipment to get your heart rate pumping, Functional Kit to compliment your daily routine and Strength and Resistance Training to improve your fitness and physique. All our clubs provide a range of pools, fit for all your fitness needs. You can enjoy a swim in the 25m laned pool or if you’re with the little ones then take a dip in the warmer family pool. Revitalise yourself in the hydro pool or stimulate your body’s circulation by taking a dip in the cold-water plunge pool.


Relax in our café, where you can catch up with your friends and grab a soft drink or some lunch. You can even keep up to date on your social media by taking advantage of the free WIFI. A great way to wind down after your workout.

Jnr Fit

11-14 year olds can join Jnr Fit where they can gain independence and do more around the gym. They will be able to take part in parent free fitness classes as well as open floor sessions, family workouts, swim and squash.
