At Total Fitness, we’ve designed a Ladies Only Gym that takes into consideration the needs of our members. We know going to the gym can feel daunting, so we have created a space to help make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Row your way to a healthier body whilst strengthening several major muscle groups on our Rowing Machines.
Improve your posture, endurance, and flexibility to take on the day. Walk, run, row, ski, lift, jump and throw - our functional kit can strengthen the muscles linked to the movements you use in your daily routine, so you can be ready for whatever life throws at you.
Strength and Resistence Training
Working out with free weights is a great way to build up your core strength, balance, and stability. Whether you’re using the Squat Rack, Dumbbells and Kettlebells up to 20kg, Barbells up to 150kg, the Chest Press machine and more...
As a member of Total Fitness, you’ll have access to the main gym floor, 3 swimming pools, sauna, and steam room, 70 classes per week for you to enjoy, and access to our Members App. Our 8 ways of working out mean that there is something for everyone.
