For ages 0 – 36 months, these fundamental stages will help you and your baby learn all about being comfortable in the water, developing basic balance and motor skills and encouraging one-to-one bonding time.

This is the start of an amazing journey where babies are introduced to the world of water. Through play, they will go on an adventure of personal development and water confidence building, as they immerse themselves in the sensory experience of the pool.
Super
Splashers
12 - 24 months
Continuing the journey they have started from the first year of swimming, group activities support the social development of the children through play and guided discovery. Children will start to move their arms and legs, as well as developing their skills in floating.
Water
Wonders
24 - 36 months
Now is the time for the children to embrace the adventure of becoming more independent and explorers of the water, with less immediate support. Through play and exploration, children will become more confident in the water as they start developing their breathing skills.

Entrants close on 13th August 2023 at 11:59pm and the winner will be drawn at random. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw. One entrant per person only. Your baby must be between 0-36 months to be eligible. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Total Fitness Staff are excluded from the prize draw. Must be redeemed by 31st September 2023. Last redeemable lesson date 31st October 2023. Available to new and existing Total Fitness and Swim Academy members. Subject to availability.
