The benefit of having an indoor track means you can run or walk no matter how wet, cold or even hot it is outside. Running and jogging are popular activities and a great form of daily exercise which can be very rewarding for both the mind and body.
Go the extra mile and workout all your body’s major muscle groups and burn calories by going around the indoor track. The 200m synthetic track has four lanes (2 lanes for runners and 2 for walkers) so you can run or walk laps around the gym floor.
Challenge yourself to run a little faster or further and see your fitness improve in a short space of time. If running isn’t for you then don’t worry, you can start off slow and go for a walk around the track. It is there for everyone to use, no matter your ability.
