Kids at Total Fitness Health Clubs

At Total Fitness we have got kids fitness covered. We have a swimming pool dedicated to swimming lessons with fun children’s activities including swimming pool inflatables, toys and children’s splash sessions. At some of our swimming pools your kids can enjoy playing on our pool slides. We also run adult and child swimming sessions in each of our swimming pools. Free internet surfing and free use of Playstations is available at various clubs for children to play on while visiting Total Fitness gyms.

At Total Fitness we can cater for your children’s party whether it be a birthday party or any other occasion. Total Fitness also run holiday camps during the school holidays. 

Total Fitness run Future Fitness classes throughout the week at each of our health clubs. Each of our Future Fitness classes are well structured fitness classes designed with your child’s fitness in mind.

Total Fitness provide children’s play areas in some of our gyms with some gyms having dedicated soft play areas, ideal for your little kids to play in while you enjoy a relaxing drink and snack in our cafés.
