What is Total Loser?
It’s a 12-week programme for anyone who wants to lose weight, tone up or get fitter. Total Loser is open to non-members too, so if you don’t fancy doing it alone, then get a friend to sign up too! They will be able to access the gym for the weekly training sessions with you.

How does the programme work?
Once signed up you will gain access to the member’s area of the website where there is: in depth nutrition plans, articles and videos to help you on your journey. Alongside this, you will be added to the exclusive Facebook group where you can ask questions and seek support from other participants. Every week there is a group training session hosted by Pro-Fit Personal Trainers which are always lots of fun. You will be training with likeminded people who all want to change their bodies too, so the support element is great. Don’t worry about fitness levels, the sessions can be adapted to your needs. Your progress will be tracked regularly over the 12 weeks.
