I've always been a gym lover and used to consider myself in shape. I was the one person who could eat what I wanted because I thought it didn't affect me!
Then I got fed up of realising I was kidding myself. So the plan of action started, I researched everything I could on fitness, foods, DNA and new training techniques. I read it all inside out and backwards! I changed how I ate and trained, it was trial and error along the way until I started seeing major changes!
I've helped my pals along the way too, one with Chrone's Disease who needed a different set of rules regarding his diet and health. And another pal who wanted to shred weight and tone up! The 3 of us pushed all the way to make the changes happen.
