Children’s swimming lessons are available and when completed, our swimmers should be proficient in all 4 strokes, with an understanding of water safety. Our adult & child swimming sessions are FREE to ALL members. Total Swim is a programme of colour coded progressive cards for our members to follow, giving you a total water workout.
