For those of you who wish to purchase additional fitness training all our health clubs have personal training available at times to suit you. Personal training will help you stay motivated and achieve your fitness goals quicker and with more certainty.

Swimming lessons are available for all members of Total Fitness health clubs, group swimming lessons and 1-1 swimming lessons are available to book for adults and children.
