Families at Total Fitness Health Clubs

At Total Fitness we have made family fitness fun for everyone. We have a great swimming pool dedicated to family use on a weekend with swimming lessons, fun children’s activities including swimming pool inflatables, children’s splash sessions and  junior swim fit. All our pools have children’s slides which your kids can enjoy playing on. At some of our swimming pools your kids can enjoy playing on our pool slides. 

In the gym we offer future fitness classes for all kids aged 4+ with game zone, sport zone, and during the school holidays, Holiday Zone, something to suit all participants. Total Fitness also offer junior gyms for all kids aged 7+. There is free internet surfing and free use of Playstations available for children while visiting Total Fitness gyms.

At Total Fitness we can cater for you as well as your children. Many of our future fitness classes run alongside our adult programme so you can enjoy the gym and fitness classes whilst your children are in safe supervised fitness classes too. During the holidays we offer 1.5 hours of activity for our junior members 4 – 11 years, where your children can enjoy fun filled days of activities whilst you relax or work out yourself.

For your child’s birthday Total Fitness offers great themed tableware parties. Why not book a pool party or an activity party to be held in your local Total Fitness gym.

Many Total Fitness provide children’s play areas with some gyms having soft play areas, ideal for your little kids to play in while you enjoy a relaxing drink and snack in our cafés or lounge areas. Our cafés offer kids menus whilst Total Fitness gyms offer ample free parent and child dedicated parking.
