Here at Total Fitness we have everything you need to help with weight loss and fitness including a fully equipped gym with treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and more. Some of our gyms have indoor running tracks, the perfect thing to help aid weight loss and fitness.
Personal Trainers
If you want to achieve weight loss and improve your fitness have you considered investing in a Total Fitness personal trainer? Each of our Total Fitness gyms has their own team of personal trainers who each have the skills required to help you achieve your goal. Whether your goal is weight loss, fitness or you just want to tone up, a Total Fitness personal trainer will be able to help you.
Fitness Classes
Each Total Fitness gym runs a number of different fitness classes many of which are designed to help aid weight loss and improve fitness. The classes we offer are free for members but you will need to book your place as many of them are extremely popular. If you haven't exercised in a while and the thought of a fitness classes scares you don't worry as we have classes designed to cater for everyone, no matter what your level of fitness it.
Swimming Lessons
Swimming lessons could be a great way to achieve weight loss and improve your fitness. If you don't need swimming lessons you may be interested in the other water based activities we offer at all our Total Fitness gyms as many of them are designed to aid weight loss and improve fitness.
Diet
Although we can't help with your diet at Total Fitness we will advise you that weight loss and fitness will only occur if you have a healthy balanced diet. We would never suggest you avoid allowing yourself a treat every now and again but you do need to ensure you are burning off more calories than you consume, otherwise you will not achieve your desired weight loss. Your fitness may improve but it will improve more if you eat healthily as often as you can.
