Are you looking for kids swimming lessons? If so, look no further than your local Total Fitness.
Total Fitness currently have 24 gyms across the North of England, Wales and Dublin and each of them offer kids swimming lessons which are suitable for children of a school age.
Whether your child is a beginner, an intermediate or an advanced swimmer there will be kids swimming lessons available at your local Total Fitness which are suitable.
The beginners kids swimming lessons start with the Total Fitness Swim Scheme and once the child has progressed they will be proficient in all 4 strokes and will have an understanding of water safety.
In addition to our regular kids swimming lessons we also offer Dolphin swimming lessons which are suitable for 3 year old up to school age. These kids swimming lessons aren’t as structured as our regular kids swimming lessons and focus more on the child having fun in the water, playing games and generally build up the child’s confidence in the water.
In each Total Fitness gym we also offer combined adult and kids swimming lessons which are a structured swimming lesson for adults and children of a preschool age. These sessions will also help build confidence in the water and involve lots of fun, a perfect stepping stone to regular kids swimming lessons.
If you are unsure whether your child will be comfortable in our regular kids swimming lessons or they have already taken part in kids swimming lessons and not had much success you may want to invest in some 1 to 1 kids swimming lessons.
The one to one kids swimming lessons available at Total Fitness are perfect if you feel your child would be more comfortable in a one on one situation or if you feel there is a specific skill they need to improve on.
As mentioned previously kids swimming lessons are available at all Total Fitness gyms but to find out times we would suggest giving your local Total Fitness a call as they will vary from club to club.
