Future fitness classes – these are fitness classes designed especially for kids. By adding these classes to our kids fitness programs we can help get them motivated, help them enjoy themselves and to encourage them to meet new people.
Family gyms – in our family gyms you will find adult size and child size fitness equipment so you and your child can work out together. If you know your child would love to complete a workout then you should consider adding the family gyms to your kids fitness programs.
Swimming lessons – whether your child in a beginner or an advanced swimmer there are a number of different swimming lessons and swimming sessions available at Total Fitness which can be added to your kids fitness programs. Swimming is a great form of exercise which is also fun so our swimming lessons always prove to be popular on kids fitness programs.
Kids parties
At Total Fitness it isn’t all about kids fitness programs, we also give you the option to book kids parties, whether it be a pool party or a studio party, we can help you plan the best birthday party ever for your child.
