Kids Fitness Club

Are you looking for a kids fitness club? Look no further than your local Total Fitness.

Here at Total Fitness we know how important kids fitness is so we are doing what we can make sure we can be classed as a kids fitness club.

What makes Total Fitness a kids fitness club?

Each Total Fitness gym can be described as a kids fitness club as we offer the following: -

  • Future fitness classes – these are fitness classes which are designed with kids in mind.
  • Kids gym – the kids gym is one of the main reasons why we can call ourselves a kids fitness club. In a number of our Total Fitness gyms you will find a kids gym which is similar to our regular gym but all of the exercise equipment in the gym is designed for children. The equipment is the same as adult equipment but is on a much smaller scale.
  • Kids swimming lessons – kids swimming lessons are available in each of our Total Fitness gyms.

In addition to everything mentioned above and putting aside the fact we consider ourselves to be a kids fitness club we are also a great place for your kids to celebrate their birthday.

If you choose to have your child’s party at this kids fitness club you can choose between a studio party or a pool party and will receive the following: -

  • Qualified staff to entertain you and your guests
  • Premium party bags and gifts to give to all guests
  • Buffet party food
  • Themed tableware including High School Musical, Ben 10, Pirate and Princesses and lots more

And to top it all off there will be no tidying up at the end as we will do it all for you.

A studio party in this kids fitness club will involve an active session (sports or dance) in one of the Total Fitness studios which lasts for approximately 2 hours.

A pool party in this kids fitness club will give your child and their guests exclusive access to the small pool within your chosen Total Fitness where they can splash about and play with floats, woggles, balls and much more. Each pool party will also last approximately 2 hours.
