Different activities are available at different gyms
We offer a wide range of water based activities for members at your local gym, catering for all ages and swimming abilities. Children's swimming lessons are available and when completed, our swimmers should be proficient in all 4 strokes, with an understanding of water safety. Total Swim is a programme at your local gym and has colour coded cards for our members to follow, giving you a Total Fitness water workout!

Our Laser Hair Removal Clinics are registered by the Healthcare Commission to ensure the highest standard of professionalism, expertise and care is carried out and maintained. Laser Hair Removal Clinics are available in some of our gyms.
