Fitness Classes for Kids
Run by our team of trained fitness instructors, our fitness classes for kids have been specially designed to help kids to get in shape in a fun environment. Catering for all ages, from 4, right up to the early teens, our fitness for kids programmes can help your kids to get into the habit of getting regular exercise.
Our fitness programmes for kids come in a number of forms, these include:
Sport Zone Fitness For Kids - Junior members of our health clubs can participate in Sport Zone, a series of games which can help to develop their skills and get in shape. The sports which are included in Sport Zone are football, hockey, dodgeball and volleyball.
Game Zone Fitness For Kids - A series of fun games for members aged 4-12 years, including Table Tennis, Short Tennis, Space Hoppers, Skipping, Balancing and Parachute games. Within this low intensity programme, three games per session will be set up within the studio area with kids encouraged to take part in each game in a circuit format.
Pool Zone Fitness For Kids - Pool zone fitness classes for kids are a great way of keeping fit, whilst at the same time improving swimming ability.
Chill Zone Fitness For Kids - During fitness classes, it is important for kids to take a break, which is why we have the Chill Zone which includes comfy bean bags, books and games for kids to chill out before and after a workout.
Teen Zone Fitness For Kids - For older kids, the teen zone offers a gradual introduction into the world of adult fitness with studio-based activities including spinning, circuits, pump, combat and core stability sessions.
