Fitness for children has never been more important. With the frequent TV reports of obesity and cases of diseases such as diabetes on the rise, it is clear that fitness for children should be a parent's top priority.
Here at Total Fitness, we are totally committed to fitness for children and we understand that as a parent, the health and wellbeing of your children is your number one priority. To help with this, our child-friendly health clubs have a host of facilities and classes for children of all ages to improve their fitness, get in shape and most of all, have fun.
Children's Fitness Classes
Our children's fitness classes offer a great opportunity for children to improve their fitness. These classes are divided into several categories, including:
Sport Zone - Suitable for children aged 4-12, the sport zone includes a range of activities including Football, Hockey, Dodgeball and Volleyball.
Game Zone - All junior members are encouraged to take part in this low-intensity area, which focuses on games such as Table Tennis, Short Tennis, Space Hoppers, Skipping, Balancing and Parachute games.
Pool Zone - Our pool zone fitness classes offer children the chance to not only improve their fitness, but also to develop their swimming skills.
Teen Zone - Fitness for the older children, our teen zone has been specially designed to give children aged 13-14 the opportunity to have an introduction to spinning, circuits, pump, combat and core stability sessions.
