Exercise and Weight Loss Classes

At Total Fitness, we have a range of fitness classes, which have been specially designed to help you to achieve your exercise and weight loss targets. These include:

Aerobics Exercise and Weight Loss Classes - Aerobics classes are a great way to get the heart and the lungs working effectively. Our range of aerobics classes includes everything from self defence and tai chi, to exotic salsa lessons. If you're looking for a fun way to exercise and achieve weight loss, this could be right up your street.

Aqua Exercise and Weight Loss Classes - We offer a range of aquatic classes which have been designed to help you to exercise and reach your weight loss goals. These classes include aqua aerobics, aqua mobility and aqua combat and tai chi, which combine water based activities with the disciplines of martial arts.

Specialised and Relaxing Exercise and Weight Loss Classes - Members can attend a number of specialist classes including Total Circuit, an all round exercise programme designed to give an all-over body workout, whilst strengthening and toning the muscles.

In addition to this, we also have martial in the form of tai chi and relaxation classes such as pilates and yoga.

Not only do are these classes an excellent form of exercise and an opportunity to lose weight, they also help to relax the mind and body and improve strength, flexibility and posture.
