Days and times of each of the fitness classes available at Total Fitness will vary from gym to gym so we would advise you to speak to a member of staff at your local Total Fitness gym and they will explain what is running and when.
We would always advise you to book a place on your chosen fitness class to avoid disappointment, most of our fitness classes are extremely popular and wouldn't like to think of you missing out as it was fully booked when you arrived.
