Each Total Fitness gym can be described as large, clean, bright and non intimidating with more equipment than any other health club.  The equipment available at Total Fitness includes over 250 pieces of CV and resistance equipment, a large free weights area and up to 4 studios with enough free fitness classes per week to enhance your workout routine.  In addition to all of this you will find dedicated spinning, aerobics and mind and body studios, 3 pools including hydrotherapy, training and aquafit facilities and a 200m indoor running track at selected clubs for those who prefer not to run on a treadmill.

Each Total Fitness has ample amounts of free parking for all members.

If you are a member of Total Fitness you are never far from your next fitness class. We have chosen fitness classes to suit all tastes and exercise levels including those that will aid weight loss at times to suit you.

There are a wide range of water based activities available at each of our Total Fitness gyms for members, catering for all ages and swimming abilities. In addition to adult swimming lessons and 1 to 1 swimming lessons we also offer swimming technique sessions for those that can already swim but would like to learn more.

If you need some motivation when it comes to working out in the gym then you will be pleased to know that personal training is available in all of our gyms. Personal training is ideal if you are interested in weight loss, feeling fitter, achieving your health and fitness goals, through enjoyment, motivation and great results.

There are Laser Hair Removal Clinics which are registered by the Healthcare Commission available at 3 of our Total Fitness gyms, Aintree, Whitefiled and Wilmslow.  At each clinic we offer a free private and confidential 30 - 45 minute consultation, including test patch before your first treatment.

Total Fitness retail shops offer all you need to workout in the gym including a great range of swimwear, goggles, and all those essentials should you forget anything. Our starter packs offer great value for those who are new to the gym and include a great range of discount vouchers.
